John Teague - Vice President
John Teague has worked in the environmental industry since graduating
from Berry College in Rome, GA.

Mr. Teague has worked all over the Mid-West and Southeastern United
States for both public and private environmental companies.  He began his
career as a Field Chemist lab packing chemicals then transitioned into
management.  John has managed landfills, industrial service companies,
waste facilities and service centers  with multiple locations. John has held
several executive level positions with various organizations.

Danielle Waske - President
Key Personnel
Danielle Waske, a graduate of Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti,
Michigan has held several positions within the environmental industry.  Ms.
Waske  began her career as a laboratory chemist, then moving onto facilities
management as an in-plant waste manager, she then became the National
Account Manager for a major automotive client, after which she accepted and
held the Operations manager position for an industrial service company.

Curtis Teague - Business Development Manager - DNT
Environmental Services, Inc.
Curtis Teague has over 22 years experience in the chemical industry.  The
majority of his experience has been in chemical manufacturing where he
was responsible for the business development and operations of the R &
D activities for an international defense contractor.  He has extensive
experience in program management, project estimating, government
contracting, and budget planning and maintenance, as well as the
management of technical and other professional employees and facilities.
Curtis is a graduate of The University of Tennessee.

Marco Brooks is a graduate of Tuskegee University where he received his
Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.  After graduating, Mr.
Brooks began his career as a production supervisor at a TSDF; which
provided a strong base for process improvement which lead him to
managing lab packs, customer interaction, industrial service projects and
then into business development.   Mr. Brooks has over 9 years of
experience in the environmental service business.  Mr. Brooks is also a
certified hazardous materials manager (CHMM), certified Mold Inspector
(CMI), and certified Mold Remediation Contractor (CMRC).

Robert Howe - Project Superintendent - DNT Environmental
Services, Inc.
Robert Howe has over 20 years experience working in the environmental
field.  Mr. Howe has overseen a variety of projects ranging from simple
demolition jobs to complicated dredging activities.  An accomplished
equipment operator an dredging captain his knowledge in the field is an
asset to DNT.

Bob is also a skilled tradesman and has worked as a machinist and
mechanic.

Maggie Jorestad - Project Coordinator - DNT Environmental
Services, Inc.
Zachary Waske - QA/QC Manager - DNT Environmental Services,
Inc.
Ms. Jorstad has worked in the environmental area for the past 8 years,
providing supervision and oversight for the environmental compliance of a
large client base over an Eastern U.S. teritory.  She has been responsible for
working with clients to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local
regulations, and working with the client and regulatory agencies to resolve
any issues or concerns.   Maggie is experienced in developing and
maintaining reports, databases, and web-based programs necessary to
manage multiple projects varying is size and complexity.  She received a
Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of
Wisconsin.

Zachary Waske holds a Bachelors degree from University of Michigan and a
Masters degree in Anthropolofy and Archaeology from The College of
William and Mary and has worked on a variety of field excavation sites.  He
parlayed his field knowledge and experience in archeology to the
environmental side when he started with DNT as field support in 2010.  Zach
has been instrumental in helping to establish the QA/QC and health and
safety programs at EPA Superfund sites where DNT is conducting the
remediation of mining waste. Zach recently completed the U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors course.
